Rezydencja Zegrze development project, stage II, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 21, 2025, amending the Act on the protection of the rights of purchasers of residential premises or single-family homes and on the Developer Guarantee Fund, is not yet subject to the obligation to present detailed offer prices. The disclosure obligations will be fully implemented by September 11, 2025 at the latest.
